15ml Zinc Polycarboxylate Cement Liquid+30g Zinc Polycarboxylate Cement Powder Dental Cement Kit Dental Polycarboxylate Cement
Product name: Zinc polycarboxylate cement
Model: Powder: 30g/bottle; Liquid: 15ml/bottle.
The product mixing time is 1.5 minutes, the working time is 2 minutes, and the net curing time of the product is: 2~6 minutes for the base and lining;
After mixing, the compressive strength of the product is >50Mpa after 24 hours, acid corrosion <0.40mm, acid soluble content <2mg/kg, and acid soluble lead content <100mg/kg; the color of the product after mixing is white with a slight yellowish tint.
Ingredients:
Powder: composed of zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, and calcium chloride;
Liquid: mainly a copolymerized aqueous solution of propionic acid and maleic acid
Features:
1. The liquid of the product is clear and transparent, without gelling, and the powder is clean and free of impurities.
2. The product has suitable compressive strength and low solubility.
3. The product should have low polymerization heat and no irritation.
4. Mainly used for treating children's caries and as the base and lining of cavities.
Usage:
1. Mixing environment: temperature is 23±1℃, relative humidity is 50±10%.
2. The powder-liquid ratio (weight ratio) is: base and lining: 3.0g: 1.0g. To achieve this ratio, one level spoon of powder and one drop of liquid should be used. In order to achieve the lowest wear and strong adhesion, it is recommended to mix according to the appropriate powder-liquid ratio.
3. When mixing, first shake the powder in the bottle, scoop the powder with a small spoon to slightly exceed the small spoon, then use a spatula to scrape the powder to the edge of the small spoon and pour it onto the mixing paper; turn the liquid bottle upside down vertically, with the bottle mouth about 5mm away from the mixing paper, and squeeze out a drop of liquid steadily and slowly. If bubbles appear, you can gently tap the bottle with your hand when the liquid bottle is inverted to make the bubbles rise and leave the bottle mouth.
4. Use a spatula to divide the powder into three piles: large, medium and small. Then, mix the small, medium and large piles of powder into the corresponding proportion of liquid in turn. Mix well and use. The mixing time is about 90 seconds.
5. The net curing time is: 2 to 6 minutes for the base and lining (based on the mixing temperature of 23°C).
6. Before use, the tooth surface, the restoration tissue surface and the orthodontic accessories must be surface treated, cleaned, disinfected and dried, and must not be re-contaminated by saliva.
